A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER / CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR

As our Customer Service Manager / Call Center Supervisor, you are an integral part of our brand! You coach and mentor our customer service and dispatch team who is focused on servicing and extending our reach by providing professional, efficient, and knowledgeable support. The key to your success is not just that you are passionate about providing world-class customer care, but that you are able to transfer that passion to your customer service and dispatch team.

You coach, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring that they have the tools they need to be successful. You are patient and helpful as you answer customer inquiries and seek to resolve any customer concerns. You demonstrate skill, sensitivity, and professionalism in every interaction. Your collaborative skills help you excel in this position. You are the voice of our customers and work to make improvements to our policies, procedures, and customer relations management with hands on training that includes role-play situations so your team can practice using a variety of call scripts when engaging with customers. Your team feels supported and fully prepared to interact with a variety of people and situations.
