We cannot provide our clients with the very best in home services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.

You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answer phones, schedule appointments, dispatch field techs, and resolve issues for customers. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office is clean and organized. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!
